"The book was great. Enjoyed it immensely. The dialogue and narrative flows perfectly. Taking place in Cleveland, he did a great job of describing places and times that made me nostalgic. Also, having worked in Management for a Fortune 100 company, he described the inner-workings of international "Big Business" perfectly. The characters are three dimensional and the "double" plot line works great. Definitely, plenty of suspense and intrigue, culminating in a great ending - a Shakespearean ending. A real psychological thriller. Very, very well written and easy to read. I highly recommend this Novel.

"Think about it! A complex journey through the landscape(s) of the human psyche. A bit of mindful attention is needed (thank goodness) but the journey and destination prove worthwhile." ~D.F. Cicora

"Very intriguing from beginning to end! An insightful journey through the psychotic mind that is both thrilling and terrifying at the same time. I've read many murder/mystery books but none that provided such and in depth experience. A must read for Clevelanders who will love the local references." -- Michelle Jeckel

This book does the impossible.  It actually makes you hope and pray for the psychotic killers to succeed in their final murder and get away with it.

Move over Gone Girl and go home Girl on the Train.  There are two new girls in town and they’ve taken the psychological thriller to the next level.

More so than any novel I’ve read, it was obvious to me that this author has really been there and (other than maybe committing murder) has really done that.  I believed it!

This one thrilled me to my core AND taught me more than I ever thought I’d know about psychotic killers and how they came to be that way.  I may have to go back and read some of my favorite psychological thrillers from a whole new perspective.

When is the movie coming out?  Big scenes set in film-worthy locations all over the world serve well as background for a thrilling and twisty plot.  Bravo!

I was already a fan of Shakespeare.  Now I’m A Fan of Death and Shakespeare!

Who said psychological thrillers needed flawed narrators?  The narration in this one is perfect.  He tells us everything and still manages to shock us with a thrill-packed unpredictable ending.

I lived through a corporate downsizing and couldn’t imagine what they were thinking in the corporate Boardroom.  Thanks to this book, I now think I know.  Too bad there was no psychotic killer on the loose then!

This novel contains several of the most thought provoking, well written, and memorable murder scenes in literary history.  Even If you only read the murder scenes, you will love this book!

Psychotics are people too and deserve our respect.  I will never look at them in the same way again.  Poor, tortured souls.

I really thought psychotics were born that way.  I’m a bit bi-polar myself and so are my sisters.  There but for the grace of God go I.  A psychotic transformation could happen to any one of us.

I know at the back of my mind that it was a fictional psychological thriller, but it just rings so so true that I want to believe it.  To me, that’s the definition of great writing.

I always find mistakes in novels.  Often times, I find them in the first paragraph.  This book is flawless, and I read it twice and looked hard.  Congratulations to the author.

Loved the literary devices.  The use of repetition was eye catching.  I spotted the two mirror image paragraphs and even counted the same number of words in each.  Incredible attention to detail.

The psychotic sisters were so well developed and believable that you want to cry for them.  The hero was so naïve and emotionally fragile that you want to slap him.  Together, it worked.  It gets my highest rating.

It started on the day of the OJ Simpson murders and has some startling insights about OJ that I never imagined even after everything I’ve seen over the years.  I guess it’s never too late to learn.  After all these years of defending OJ, this book changed my mind.  He did it!

I loved the book and really loved the psychiatrist character.  I found her to be both the main character's conscious and alter-ego.  Her role was substantial and he did a great job of using her to describe clinical psychological diagnosis to save the reader from research.

Loveable Identical-Twin Psychotic Killers are making A Fan of Death and Shakespeare the next extraordinary leap in the Female-driven Psychological Thriller.

The Trump Presidency and The BP Corollary
The Trump victory over Hillary Clinton is the first time our nation elected a President who was not supported by those who control our world. The people at the very top are not Democrats or Republicans and they do not care which party is in power. Until now, they have always controlled both parties and both Presidential candidates. However, they do not control Donald Trump because they did not take his candidacy seriously and fully expected Hillary to win easily. The Trump victory was as much a shock to them as it was to the entrenched Washington bureaucracy they control.
The steady march toward globalism that would have accelerated under a President Hillary Clinton was dealt a serious setback by the Trump victory. Putting America first and Making America Great Again are contrary to their goals of a one world government and a single currency system.

They have always controlled the masses through the educational system and the media with subtle mind control
techniques, but they were not about to risk another Trump victory. To ensure that Trump will not be re-elected and their agenda can resume in 2020, they directed the media to go blatantly anti-Trump from the day he was inaugurated. They knew the American people would believe their anti-Trump message even if the facts everyone would plainly see turned out to be just the opposite.
Trump’s falling approval ratings are evidence that their fake-news campaign is working. The US economy is booming
while the rest of the world is declining. The nation is at full employment and everyone who wants a job can have one. Wages and bonuses are increasing. Workers who had given up and left the workforce are returning. The markets are rising and increasing the value of our retirement accounts. Tax revenue is increasing. ISIS is being defeated. The North Korean threat is being handled. Our troops are returning from seemingly endless wars. Trade deals have been renegotiated in favor of the US. Tariffs have brought real concessions by China. The US has become the largest exporter of oil and oil products and the price of gasoline at the pumps is well down. Every US citizen is better off today than before Trump. Still, his approval ratings are falling. Why? How were they so confident that so many voters would believe their anti-Trump message even though the reality everyone is experiencing tells them just the opposite?
They knew it from the lessons of the BP Oil Spill. The disaster happened because BP put profits ahead of safety and
corrupted the government agencies that were supposed to regulate them and protect our environment. Every other major oil company sent their CEO to testify before congress and assure the American people that such a tragedy could never have been caused by their oil companies. BP paid off our politicians, our courts, our media, our regulatory agencies, and our educational and scientific communities. While the oil was still blowing into and killing the Gulf of Mexico, BP and our government lied to the American people and engaged in a cover-up. The centerpiece of the cover-up was a $500 million fake-news media campaign designed by two Washington political consulting groups, one Democratic and one Republican. The main thrust of the campaign was simple; tell a lie often enough on national TV and the American people will believe it.
BP essentially silenced the news media by limiting access to the crime scene and by entering into lucrative advertising contracts with the networks. We all remember the feel-good messages from BP asserting that the Gulf was open for business and that BP had nothing but our best interests foremost in its heart of gold. In spite of the fact that BP is a foreign firm that caused the deaths of American citizens and ruined the lives and livelihoods of millions of Americans and spoiled a national treasure by causing the worst environmental disaster in the history of our nation and amplified the damage by engaging in a cover-up by hiding the oil with dispersants that were many times as toxic as the oil itself, BP has emerged more valuable and more respected than it was before the spill.

Extending the lessons of the BP Oil Spill and Cover-up to the Trump Presidency, the most likely outcome of the fake-news media campaign is that Trump will not be re-elected and may even be impeached in spite of being the most
effective President in anyone’s memory.

So, who are these people who control our planet, how have they maintained control for generations, and why don’t we know about them? You don’t know about them because they control our educational system and our media and don’t permit either to mention them. To learn who they are and how they maintain control, read The BP Corollary.

The control structure of today’s world is carefully detailed complete with names, and its history is revealed and explained including the founding of our nation and going back to the beginnings of today’s monetary and banking systems by the Knights Templar.
If you really want to understand how the world is controlled and you are sure you can handle the truth, pick up and read The BP Corollary.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

LOVEABLE PSYCHOTIC KILLERS

Readers Cheerfor the Psychotic Killer and against the Innocent Victim in this Shocking Novel, A Fan of Death and Shakespeare by Rick Lacey

Willoughby, Ohio, August 12, 2018, /PRNewswire/

From the Author:

As a frustrated fan of psychological thrillers, myself, I wanted my readers to have a good knowledge of mental illness and a respect for psychosis, so I’m taking them into the mind of the killer to witness her psychotic transformation, understand why she thinks she must kill to save herself, and appreciate why she will eventually self-destruct.

About the Author:

Rick brings lifetimes of knowledge to his fifth novel.  He holds three degrees, has pursued several careers, has traveled extensively, and has met some incredible characters while accumulating the experiences that add color and authenticity to his time-honored writing philosophy: “I live it.  I write it.”

About the Book:

A Fan of Death and Shakespeare explores one of the most perfect and mind-blowing forms of psychosis, Folie à Deux from the French meaning Madness of Two.  Readers are privileged to witness identical twin sisters, born with tremendous potential but with a family history of manic-depressive illness, suffer a traumatic emotional event that transforms them from carefree young girls into vengeful psychotic killers.  The book delves deeply into the phenomenal workings of their psychotic minds, a place previously available only to psychotics themselves and a select group of dedicated psychiatrists.   Although the book reveals every detail as the sisters plan and carry out a killing spree designed to take revenge and cure themselves, readers are shocked by an ending none see coming no matter how closely they read.
